My Reviews after using for 2 weeks:
l         I use it as toner as it basically removes and pull off deep seated dirt that even cleansers were not able to rinse off
l         Skin feels extremely soft and smooth after usage
l         Since pores are cleared, application for skincare products absorbs much quickly to skin
l         It gives a nice smooth surface whereas makeup applies more even and does not look cakey
l         Active ingredients contains Salicylic Acid which is an effective ingredient interms of treating and healing acne
l         It helps soothens and minimize redness  of my skin as it contains Aloe Vera
l         It does helps brighten my skin due to the Licorice extract included on the product

Overall Review of the Intensive Clear Conditioner:
l         Often times we are under the impression whereas cleansing our face is sufficient enough to rinse off dirt in our skin, but that is totally not true
l         I wash my face using a facial wash and when I use  Intensive Clear Conditioner to wipe my skin, it still shows below dirt on my skin:
l         Exfoliating and Toner is a very critical step interms of taking care of our skin as it helps clear our pores and when we applied skincare products it would absorbs more effectively

Army Brushes feat. Real Techniques and Beauty Blender

Hellos! Today I’ll be sharing my make-up armies and short review of the brushes and sponges that I loved and used all the time =)
Sometimes I just wonder why do I have these much brushes when I only have one face =P I guess there is no such thing as having too many brushes (^_^)**
Anyhoo, enough the blabber I’ll proceed with sharing my make-up armies featuring Real Techniques and Beauty Blender.
Let’s start with Real Techniques brushes:
*simply click on the link for more info*
1)      Powder Brush
l         Super duper soft bristles and just enough density to pick up right amount of product for powder application

l         Perfect for blending liquid foundation and applies seamlessly without looking cakey or uneven

l         Extremely dense brush which makes contouring and bronzing application easier

l         Super duper soft bristles that is just perfect for blush and highlight application
l         The way the brush is designed makes blush and highlight application just on point

l         Best ever Contour brush; it picks up just the right amount of product that makes contouring looks perfect

Overall Reviews for Real Technique Brushes:
l         My favorite makeup brushes would be hands down Real Techniques, tried other high end brushes but still goes back with  Real Technique as it makes makeup application so much easier and seamless
l         My favorite would be the BOLD METAL COLLECTIONS as it looks so classy elegant and the way they designed the brushes are just PERFECT

Now lets move to sponges, the ever famous BEAUTY BLENDER:
I guess you guys might have heard whereas bugs went into a Beauty Blender surfacing around the net but I still love BEAUTY BLENDER and will continue using it. I think as long as you have proper sanitization then it won’t happen to your BEAUTY BLENDER at all.

I have tried dupes egg-shaped sponges but nothing really beats BEAUTY BLENDER. In terms of the way it bounce and how it picks up the product is totally different so I always go back with the original.  DAISO carries quite similar egg shaped sponge which I will make a comparison towards BEAUTY BLENDER soon and see how it differs.

That’s it for my post on my Make-up Armies =)
Let me know what other brushes do you like so I can probably try it out as well ^_~

The Body Shop: Oils of Life ; Intensively Revitalising Facial Oil Review

Hellos! I’m sorry for MIA for more than 2 months as I just wasn’t able to find time to actually sit down and manage my blog. I’m not sure if anyone is still reading this blog but I will continue to share my experience towards the things that I love and hoping some of you guys might still find it helpful or at least fun to read! =)

As you guys know I started this blog mainly to keep track of my acne journey and eventually venturing into other things such as makeup and travelling. But my heart and passion is still geared towards having that healthy glow skin. I have tried 6256346245363 types of skincare products however I only review those that are either Super good or Super bad.  For those average product I don’t think anyone would be interested as it’s basically a so-so product so I don’t think people would find it helpful when choosing the right product for their skin.

Today, I just had to share my experience and review toward a facial oil that basically rejuvenate my skin all over.

The product that I’ll be reviewing today is The Body Shop: Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil.
Price: $39
Size: 30ml
Ingredients: Black Cumin Seed Oil from Egypt- known for its concentration in antioxidants
Rosehip Seed Oil from Chile- rich in repairing omega 3 and 6
Camellia Seed Oil from China- naturally rich in nutritive oleic acid
Packaging: Glass bottle with dropper
Consistency: Runny and a little goes a long way ( 2 drops is enough for the entire face)
Scent: Mild Floral smell

Let’s start with the product claims first:
l         Infused with 3 precious seeds oils and a blend of 7 essentials oils
l         Light-weight, quickly absorbing and leaves a non sticky finish
l         Prvides skin silky soft and smoother radiant skin
l         Reduced aging appearance, minimize wrinkles and skin feels more elastic and firm
l         Suitable for all skin type and dermatologist tested

More information of the product, click HERE

My reviews after using it for almost 2-3 months
l         Non sticky and absorbs to skin quickly leaving a healthy glow skin
l         Minimize redness and helps heals previous acne spots and marks
l         Skin becames softer and visibly smoother after 1 month of usage
l         Also helps reduces appearance of wrinkles and blurs fine lines

How I Use it?
l         Morning and Night (twice a day) ; after rinsing of face
l         Also used it as primer prior to applying foundation as it gives a much even and smoother finish

Do I recomment it?
l         The is by far the best Facial Oil I have tried to date and this beats other Facial Oils I have tried such as: MOROCCO ARGAN OIL, NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Multi Purpose Dry Oil , SOUQ ORGANICS: Morrocan Argan Oil and The Body Shop: Vitamin E Oil
l         The previous Facial Oils I have tried does their job too however it wasn’t as “Miracle” as they claim their product were
l         However for The Body Shop: Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil, I could feel and see that it does do what it claims plus other perks that I wasn’t expecting
l         I have OILY COMBINATION skin and I am prone to acne ( cystic acne appearing every now and then) but after I started using The Body Shop: Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil , I seldom encounter cystic acne greeting me and if it does appear it would go away after 2-3 days without me applying anything at all
l         People always have misconception that Facial Oils are for DRY SKIN and if a person is more on the oilier side then he/she should avoid facial oil which is so NOT TRUE
l         I have oily T-zone and never did I experience excessive oiliness after using Facial Oil
l         Since I’m no longer in my teens (way over) so hormones might also be the reason why acne is not acting up that often but even if I hit my red days I also don’t experience purging which I always does prior to me using The Body Shop: Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil

Overall Review:
l         I love this product as it basically does what my skin requires such as providing a healthy glow skin and minimize redness
l         The only downside I could think for this product is the packaging as it is in glass dropper and is so NOT convenient to take it when traveling
l         But other than the packaging, everything is perfect and so far I’m very satisifed on what it did on my skin and will continue using it forever

Below were my Bare Face without applying anything aside from the The Body Shop: Oils of Life Intensely Revitalising Facial Oil
*I just woke up so bear with my swollen face* =P
I hope you guys find this post helpful and thank you so much for still dropping by ^_~
